Studio Policies

Please take the time to familiarize yourself with some of our studio policies below. These policies help to ensure the best experience during your visit, for guests and stylists alike.

Cancellations

With consideration of all our guests and myself, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. No call / no show reservations will be charged full price for the services and time reserved.

Service Adjustments

My goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact me within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. I do not offer refunds on services, but I'm happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

Returns & Exchanges

I offer full exchanges on all products purchased from my studio. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product I will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product. We cannot offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions, toppers, hair pieces etc.

Method of Payment

I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo and all forms of credit cards.

Children & Pets

For everyone's safety please do not bring pets (only service animals) or children with you to your appointment, unless they are receiving a service. It will make everyone’s salon visit more enjoyable!

Inclement Weather

I reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to bad weather. These appointments will have priority among rescheduling.
